So I want to widen my pede, can I just get the extended front A arms and use front pede wheels all around?'
Whats the difference if I get the full set (with rear arms)?
Is it wider?

It depends which kit you get. If you get the FLM2900 arm kit it is extended all around.
The 2800 kit is extended front and stock length electric rears.
If you get the extended front arms you will be able to run the front wheels all around.
