Where can I find an online vendor that delivers FLM Stampede Upgrade Kit (or parts) to an APO AE address? Also, how do I take advantage of the 15% discount?

I've tried RC monster but their shipping page doesn't load on any of the computers I've used here. I ordered the tranny case from addicted2rc but it hasn't arrived yet so I'm a bit worried. Also, addicted2rc doesn't sell the FLM upgrade as an entire kit. Are there any other vendors that ship to APO? I tried checking the vendors linked on this site but don't have that much time to spend online.

I'm stationed in Iraq and have become addicted to speed (fast RCs that is) during my deployment. I guess it makes the extension go by faster.
