Hello there
I recently bought a complete chassis kit for the Stampede (minus the shock towers that I already had) from RcBros. It took a while for the parts to reach me (Netherlands) but that is fine and anyway it is not the issue here...
By the way I LOVE the parts I think they are AWESOME! Seriously they are great!
My problem is that the parcel had missing parts. I did not recieve the extended arms and the caster blocks. Checking with RcBros, Williams is sure they were mailed. The enveloppe was damaged at the folding flap and there was a piece of tape on it saying that it had been resealed by Dutch post. I am writting to you directly because I understand that the enveloppe was mailed directly from FLM (sticker on it).
I think you have a great product and from what I can see in the other messages on the board I think you also have a great sevice... I am getting desperate with this... I took about six months to convince myself to build a complete FLM Stampede (I did not even have the truck to start with...!). So please let me know what can be done with this...

FLM is good for that stuff, It took my parts over two months to get here and they gave me a $20 credit for parts... FLM ROCKS!

FYI
I have had the same problem, with an electric ultimate stampede flm kit from addicted2rc.com, the package i received had a hole the size of a uhm 'a babys hand'. I am disappointed they use such cheap wrapping, for hundreds of USD in parts shipped overseas.
I have also once ordered an E-savage tvp flm kit from addicted2rc, and i lacked over half the screws that was supposed to come with the kit. I had to pay additionally 8 USD for getting them to mail me the screws.
Anyway happy with flm parts, they are just the right thing! love it!
