Would it be possible to make a skid that attaches from the front chassis brace the to the rear chassis brace? I'd like to mount the 7 cell flat pack underneath and shifted upfront to handle the brushless wheelies but the battery is to out in the open for damage.

Thats a good idea. I will look into it and see if theres a way to get it to work with current braces. The only draw back I see would be you would lose some ground clearance, at least a littlethicker than the battery. But it does not seem like it would be to difficult. Let me see what I could do.

Thanks jamie, I'll be running the feigao 8's and the front will be hard to keep down if I don't do it this way. Plus I'm running maxx size komodos so the tires counter-balance the losted height.
