To whom it may concern,WWW.RCBROS.com or FLM oder # VRC-1179
I am writing because I made an order for $100 ++ on the 4/20/2006 for alot of your savage parts ..it is now the 24th .. I have emailed them two times to find out when my order would be sent. they have not gotten back to me . I was going to make another order for over $300 for other parts that you make , But if this is the service I can count on from your dealer's I will not be buying anymore of your parts ...
This is the second time I have had problems getting parts from one of your dealer's the parts are of good quality but the dealers are not !!!!!!!!
I am really hoping that you can help me with this matter

Its not the dealers fault items are not getting shipped out by whom their supposed to be shipped by.

your using their website right now.
FLM is shipping the items. I was under the impression they had it in stock.
Looks as if they don't.

We apologize for any delays, but rcbros is only part of the blame. We constantly work on building stock, but there are times when we run out of one part or several, we do all we can to keep all parts on the shelf all the time. Things have definately been improving with the addition of new equipment. So things can only get better.

| i had made an order on the 21 of feb and now it is the 5 of march and i still dont have my package yet i e-mail yall flm but flm hasent got back wit me yet will yall (flm) will yall (flm) please get back wit me as soon as u get this post...
