Well, i put a order in at r/cbros.com for some flm parts. Days go buy with no activity on my account there (besides they accept my money, imagin that!!!) so i start to e-mail r/c bros sales department, i get replies, but they're sporatic at best. All i've been hearing is that "your parts will get out a.s.a.p", or "flm just installed new machines and your parts are done and they'll be overnighted to you" well it's been 7 days, and i sit here with no idea as to what's going on. It's been two days since i've heard anything from either flm, or r/cbros sales. Now i can understand that the installation of new machines takes time. But i'm getting frustrated with what seems to me to be a run around. I ordered from r/c bros because i've heard good things about them and flm. But what gives here?? The start of my local summer race season starts soon, and i WAS planning on haveing my parts by then, well it doesn't look like i'll have them. Maybe the admins can shed some light on this subject???

I've answered all e-mails sent to my e-mail adress. As i've mentioned to many before. PLEASE check your junk e-mail filter for e-mails. Odds are everything is in their. IF not give me your e-mail and I'll show you the sent e-mails i've sent. It is no lie FLM installed new machines. This will better increase the speed at which FLM can machine the parts and ship them out. I'll be happy to refund your shipping costs just need you to send me an e-mail rather then rant on the forum. This way I know who you are and what you purchased. My E-mail is Sales@rcbros.com I don't think you'll find another company selling for FLM to check all their e-mails as well as forums to make sure their customers are happy. I've also never heard of another company refunding shipping or offering discounts on next orders as well. Well RCBros does, because RcBros cares. Small companys have the hardest times guys. We do are best to get everything out to you ASAP. This is the first time we've had problems and it was only to better increase speeds in the long run. Were not in it for profit were in it for the hobby. So were here to help. We just need our customers to be understanding and take the time to talk to us rather then bash us. Rc's should be used for the bashing.

| Well to start off, i have no filters on in my e-mail, so i should have gotten all of your messages. Second i'm not bashing, but this thread was intended to get attention, and it worked. If you were doing everything you could to get parts out i'd have them by now. I am a member of a different forum, i am not the only on to be having problems with you. So don't try to play it off as i'm ONLY bashing on you because i was feed a lie as to when and how my parts where to be shipped.

When FLM was shut down for a week I was not informed. If I was I would of too shut down all my sales. I'd be happy to refund your shipping and give you a next purchase credit. However you have to see and at least acknowledge that i'm doing everything in my power to make your purchase a good one.

It's monday... u said u'd ship my parts out today. Well i just checked my e-mail after i got home from work and suprise, suprise, no tracking number again. MAYBE a FLM admin can step in here and let me know what's going on here. MAYBE FLM could just ship my parts to me OVERNIGHTED (as i was told they were going to be) ????
