FOLLOW UP FROM THE TREAD OF BAD BUSINESS. flm did make our deal some what good. i did receive the parts i needed, however some how the part numbers must have gotten mixed up or some one went out of town again. at least that was the excuse i received last week. i received the wrong center skid plate. this entire time i have done nothing but speek of the ext lcg frame yet i received a regular skid plate. HOW CAN THIS BE CORRECTED SO I CAN BE DONE WITH THIS. also please advise me on who i need to speek to to inform them of what is going on around there because this is starting to be B.S. please provide me with a contact name and number where i can speak to someone about this matter.

thanx for the contact number. you know its amazing how some businesses can stay in business when they treat some customers the way they do. i wonder what the better business bureau would think of there practices. all should read the thread on BAD BUSINESS and all that has traspired since.

Not sure what the better business would say? Why don't you ask them.

We have done what we can to make you a happy customer. If you recieved the wrong skid plate there must have been a mistake somewhere. We have two different skids. You must keep in mind some of this info gets passed 2-3 times before it makes it out the door. So if it is not in detail (part #s) it causes problems. For example you want a skid for the ext TVPs you need the ext skid not the center skid which is for the stock lcg tvps. So I believe this was the mix up.
