jan 2 i started inquiring to find out how to get some parts from flm. the e-mails went like this Date: Mon, 30 Jan 2006 09:55:52 -0800 (PST)
From: "Regina Mcdaniel" <fastlanemachine@sbcglobal.net> Subject: Re: extended low center of gravity frame.
To: "m m" <myric28@yahoo.com>
The only way to redeem the $30.00 is to let us know what you want and we will ship it directly to you, provided the Hobby shop makes an order.

Tahnks,
Jamie

UPDATE. I was able to speak to a shop in Horn Lake MS called Fun 4 All. they said she can get me the parts i need. Right now she is getting me a price list. She also informed me there may be a price differance from your prices and hers. As far as the $30.00 credit, how would i go about redeeming this??

If not... and you can't find the product through the dealers we suggest then you can order through us.Let me know what you'd like to do.
Thanks Gina

since then i have sent an email requesting two parts in order to redeem the $30 dollar credit. the part numbers were flm45500 and flm45110. i did receive a response stating they were out of town and would return on the 5th. also said they would ship those two parts out first thing. i figured four to five days i should have the parts and would be able to run,yet no parts. my next e-mail on feb 16 went as so:

a couple of weeks ago i had sent an email giving part numbers for the two parts i would like install on my truck. i received a reply stating they were out of town and would return on the 5th and would ship those out. i was wondering if that was done? if so i need to let someone know i have not received them as of yet. if forgotten the part numbers were flm45500 servo plate kit and flm45110 center skid plate for ext lcg frame. my add is 6302 oak run dr e olive branch ms, 38654 thank you for your time

today is the 22 o feb and i still have not received the parts i requested. nor have i received any kind of any thing such as sorry we over looked ya, we'll over night those to right a way, or nothing. i held up your request to get a local shop to carry your products. not only did they order the parts i requested she ordered another ext lcg frame and servo brackets. she order parts for the t-maxx as well. i made my end good. when is FLM going to make their end good????

We apologize for your delay in recieving your parts.

I talked with shipping and they had no paper work on what needed to be shipped, they remember discussing with you the credit but did not recieve the e-mail. So obviously there has been a mix up with it. Either someone opened the e-mail and did not print it or what not.

None the less we will send your parts out today.

By the way which e-mail did you use?

the e-mail add is used was <fastlanemachine@sbcglobal.net> on jan 30th regina mcdanial informed me that i just needed to give the part numbers. either the 31st, 1st, or 2nd of feb i sent a reply giving the part numbers. i then recieved a responce that they were out of town and would be returning on the 5th and would have it shipped out. i did not keep that e-mail for some reason or another. i thought the acct would be all square and would not need it. i can not recall who the e-mail was from. the last e-mail i sent out was last friday. to be specific it is the next to the last paragragh. i can understand delays in shipping. however i do feel as if i was put on the back burner and then forgotten. stuff happens some times. i am not trying to place blame for the issue we have right now. other then this i am quite please with the frame and the mounts i have installed. as soon as i receive the other parts i will let you know.
