I have a set of your cups in my savage and they are getting pretty worn on the inside and allowing the gears to get crooked in the cup. This is causing me to blow diffs right and left. Does your warranty cover this?? And if so what do i need to do to get it replaced??

The warranty does cover this.
Did you run a stock set-up (2 spiders) or the 4 spider?
Reason being: you do not want the pin to rotate in the cup. Because when it does it will begin to wear away the cup causing slop and/or binding. When you run a 4 spider set-up the pins are locked together and are unable to rotate.
To have the cups replaced: send them to us and include $5.00 per piece for shipping and handling. And we will send you the replacements.

I run the HPI 4 gear spider sets. So if i send it in how long is the turn around time?? I don't want to be without my racer too long.

The turn around time is very quick.
As soon as the parts are recieved, the new ones will be sent out.
