FLM should be more specific on what those parts are made for don't only describe HPI SAVAGE this way give the impression that is to be use on any savage but if say HPI SAVAGE 21/25/SS or X and so make easy to understad what are the application i guess now i'm stuck with 2 bulkheads because is no made for SAVAGE X

Yes there is a slight mod that needs to take place to get the stock tower to fit.
You will need to remove the arm spacer that is built onto the tower. It is no longer needed with the Hybrid bulk.
Other than that it is a direct fit.
As far as the difference between the Savages, the only major difference is the tower. Everything else is basically the same.
