Hi guys,
I have been reading some threads on various RC forums and found a some people complaining about their FLM TVPs. Problems with the holes lining up.
Was this just a bad batch or is this something most customers experience?
I am also concerned about this particular thread in which someone states its a known issue that the dog bones need to be grinded down in order to work with your FTPs.
Is that true? Is there anyway to tell if I got a set from the bad batch?
I recently ordered some FLM TVPs and sent them out to be anodized. I don't want to spend extra on that if I just have to return them. Here are just a couple of the links.

Those posts (and others) are troubling indeed. I'm very suprised to see the 'admin' here has not responded to your question.
I completely agree that poorly fitting parts are entirely unacceptable, but cannot verify this is a FLM problem since I haven't ordered any of their parts yet. I'm considering the TVPs also, so I'm really curious......
taken the plunge yet?

The only problem with the with the TVPs have been the tranny holes. Some are tight and some are not? We have made an adjustment to try and eliminate any issues.
All our TVPs have been updated to accomodate the change.

I guess no response means no.
I can get the tranny holes to line up "enough" its were the front and rear assembly connect to the TVPs I am worried about. The holes are not large enough.

Excellent I can send them in asap. The are now opened as I just tried to install them on new xss kit. I do not have the screws as I put all my screws together... So I will just be sending in the TVPs.
Is there an RMA? Will you do advanced replacement with a CC?

Err that should read..
So I will be sending in the TVPs only.. and of course just expecting the updated TVPs in return.
I also have the FLM skid plate, will the skid plate work fine with the updated TVPS.

| Nothing like that has changed. The only thing changed were some tweaks to the tranny and skid to bulk points.

| I have had problems with my last 2 sets. The hole that the peg coming out of the savage X housing is too large for the hole in the TVP. So I have to coax them on and off. My brake pad rubs the inside of the skid plate. Also the engine plate rubs on my cup going into the rear diff.

It looks like the TVPs were delivered today. Cool.
I know you just got them today and it is the holiday season but I was wondering if you had an ETA on when you'd be shipping the updated ones.

Your TVPS will be sent out today.
To be honest the updated program was ready we just had not ran this particular TVP yet since we had some remaining in stock.
At first I thought you had the extended ones, which were updated not the non extended.
Nonetheless, they are running right now and will be complete to ship at end of day.
