Hello east control message by a problem that I have had with a manufacture piece yours that has bent to me and also the broken screw within the spiral has remained, that I have I must do or where I must send it.

If you bent or break it they will replace it.
If you live in the U.S. Shipping is $7.00. If not use USPS.com shipping calculator for your area and look at the Global Express prices.
Simply mail your broken or bent part back with the proper amount for shipping and ship it to this address:

Ok thanks for the advice but my ingles spoken is null, if it were not by the translators not that haria, seguire trying, another one of the problems are to call from Spain by the amount of the call.
