Give them sometime. They will respond and try to remedy the situation.
I was also a little upset at the shipping times, but giving FLM the benefit of the doubt; I am not going to jump to conclusions that it's bad business because of shipping delays. I'm not saying anyone is at fault here, I had to wait about two weeks to get my ext lcg tvp's and center skid from AtomRC(only place I know of to order from online), but I am happy with them so far.
