Trying to put all my good stuff together and I have found the Lunsford hinge pins are too short for the front lower mounts. Am I not seeing something here? The pins are 2.25 to the clips and you need 2.45. Just RPM arms, nothing weird.
I bought these bulks used and they may be an older version???
May I have recieved the wrong pins (new in package) from lunsford???
Do I grind off the front of the bulk and make it work???

The front bulk does need a 2.45 hinge pin. And our rear bulks also need the same size pin 2.45. The stock bulk uses a shorter pin. It sounds like you got the right pins you just need to set of front bulk pins.

You need lunsford rear bottom pins. contact them to see if you can buy just those. Also UE pins will work.

I just bought a set of the Hybrid bulks but haven't received them yet. So Am I understanding this right, all of the lower pins have to be 245? Are the top pins the same as stock(225) or are they 245 also? Glad I read this because I was just getting ready to order the lunsford myself.

Thanks, Kenny G.

Actually the bulk does come with a pin to attach the lower arm which is 2.45. The front and rear bulk have the same pin. So you will need 2 sets of front lower arm pins. The upper arm pin is standard length.

By the way the pin that comes with the bulk is probably the strongest one available just not the lightest.

Well I bought these second hand and was not given the pins with them.I was not told about the hinge pins being different size than standard. I didn't see them listed on the web site, can I buy the complete set from FLM? Are these pins titanium?

Thanks, Kenny

I called Lunsford when I needed the pins. They want $3 a piece for the pins and $6 shipping. I went on E-bay and bought a whole set for $9.
