hi guys, thought i would finally join a forum. anyways, i just received my fastlane machine T-maxx lightweight chassis today and my first thoughts were "bloody awesome". the machining and finish is excellent. however, there are no pockets milled out of the chassis for the buckheads like it says on the website? i figured that this will be an issue if the 3 point lower braces are designed around this feature (skid plates might not meet up propely with the braces....haven't tried it yet)....does anyone else have this problem? also, the harware kit doesn't have enough screws for the whole chassis plate.....a big issue since the chassis is 3mm thicker than stock, meaning the stock screws will be too short. especially for the fuel tank, receiver, throttle bellcrank, engine mount, bulkheads...etc. does anyone know if your supposed to get ALL the screws? finally, my chassis plate (i purchased it 3 months ago...it took till now for me to receive due to some custom issues with my order) has lots of additional holes in it (besides the 3 point brace holes). like under the fuel tank, threaded holes in the braces (horizontally), threaded hole in each corner of the plate.....what are these for? cheers. Glenn.

| Mine wasn't milled either. No prob though. I previously purchased a set of Tony's Screws and had plenty to assemble. The screws for the fuel tank still work. Pay attention to your disassembly for your assembly and piece placement will be a snap. Extra hole are probably for other fuel tank options I guess. I have had my Maxx apart many times for "unplanned maintenance" so it only took a couple hours to make the swap. Don't use stainless steel screws. Use a small amount of blue loctite on every screw going into aluminum. Don't force the screw into the threads. A clean and properly maintained machine will keep away "unplanned maintenance". Stupid concrete! LOL
