well my truck is about 90% done i ran it to day and man is it low geared. with the buggy gears. if anyone has one and regeared to match the buggy gears. please let me know. the lowest spur i could find for the tmaxx trans is a 66 t 32 pitch and im running a 20 t clutch bell still two low. would make a heck of a hill climber. but i run off road and the streights are 120 ft long lol this ant going to make it. if you have done this please share parts list and any mods you have done please and thanks. hey jamie you know what would be nice if this 21. chassie was set up for dule steering servos.like revo that would be bad azz and the reciver box could go between them. hmmmm just a thought that would make these trucks turn on a dime. mine is struggling and im running a high Torq servo JR Just a THOUGHT.

I have a 74t spur and a 16t clutch bell with 1/8 scae buggy gears. And it has plenty down low and alot on top.

Do you run a single speed?

I was going build a .21 with dual steering, but I didn't think it would sell real good.
I have a JR high torque servo and it turns the wheels sitting on carpet.

Do you run a reciever pack? Because this makes all the difference.

? #1 im still running the stock traxxas trans with 2 speed. and suggestions on this would be great. what kinda trans you running

im running 40 mm tires with the Proline wheels the bead locks
and i have a hightech 645 on it as long as its moving its fine will not turn setting still. i may have to change servos and see mine may be weak. not sure. i still think dule steering servos would be great. IMO
but im allways looking for ways to change or improve mine and have something totaly diff from everone else . and i want to say great job on the 21 chassie dude everyone fell in love with mine. and im sending them your way. let me know if there is a upgrade for the trans or somthing else that can be done a spool would be nice lol

I also have a stock 2 speed trans. Stock style tires.
With this set-up it is hard to keep the front tires on the ground, of course I did remove the front diff.

Thanks.

I run a modded 26 on my ext chassis, and the trans is updated with all UE gears. The UE super 6 is changed from the stock maxx gearing to be the same ratio when useing 1/8th gearing.
If running a bb you WILL break the trans. I have blown 3 of the 2spd. gears and snapped the output shaft. I now run a OTB 7075 2 spd setup.
There are only about a dozen new left and when he sells out that is it.
I also run the UE 4 shoe 1/8th setup with the strobe 51 tooth setup and 17 tooth cb. On radar i was at 54mph when the radar man didn't move fast enough and took me out. truck is faster then that but i need a faster radar man.
Steering- UE servo saver gen 4- about 50 bucks on ebay. and a new jr racing 9000T servo- 320 oz.
I was one the first with the 21 chassis and have had it with many differant setups so if i can help=just ask.

Dude you should make a .21 with dual steering. I know a lot of hardcore bashers that run a tmaxx with less than enough steering. I think that it would sell great.

I actually designed a dual steering chassis. But it never made it to production due to a lack of feedback.

I would be interested in putting these in production if I thought I could sell them.

I personally stopped driving my t-maxx because I couldn't stand the way the steering was setup.

I'd rather buy 2 $30 servos then one $120 servo any day. So I personally would be interested for my own truck. And i'm sure many bashers would be as well.

You'd be the first!

That’s my point exactly. I think there are a lot of people who would appreciate a duel servo T-maxx chassis.
